Minetest 5.4.0 makes it Easier to Download Mods and Games.
Minetest is the free and open source Voxel game engine, influenced originally by Minecraft it's slowly becoming more and better, with a variety of games available for it. A new version is in the works with Minetest 5.4.0 which is now a release Candidate which is a time when they need as many people as possible to try it out and ensure that it all works properly.
Back when Minetest 5.0 released in 2019 it included an in-game UI to download games and mods. While it worked however, they made improvements to it with each release. However the dependency system was a challenge. One mod would require another, and another was required, and the list goes on. It used to be a pain to find the entire collection however it's now much easier. The 5.4 release has a whole new UI flow for downloading games and mods, along with the resolution of dependency issues, an update to all ability, and download queues.
